It’s been an absolute privilege and pleasure to form such strong bonds with the dogs in the Valley Pet Care pack.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Canine Behaviour and I’m trained in Pet First Aid. But the skill I rely on most is one you can only gain through experience — over a thousand hours of watching dogs interact, learning their individual personalities and reading canine body language.
The result? A pack that understands boundaries, knows how to communicate and has developed genuine confidence when socialising with other dogs. And I’ve loved every minute of watching that develop.
When I introduce a new dog to the pack, I take the process gently and carefully, starting with selected, socially confident pack members. This allows each dog to settle in at their own pace, build positive relationships and grow into a confident, socially relaxed member of the group.
Many owners notice positive changes beyond Valley Pet Care too — including reduced reactivity on walks, greater confidence around other dogs and a more socially balanced, happy dog.
